And I thought 2 under 2 was exhausting! Hi everyone I am Jen and this will be my biggest aspiration since having my babies! I am already anticipating earlier mornings to make room for homework, silence, and a pause.
My mornings tend to look like, well, CHAOS. Two kids potty training, one dog usually also causing mischief. Half of the time I’m racing out the door to work and the other half I’m trying to beat my sons hunger and have breakfast made before a melt down. Which the dog ends up eating a good bit of… Needless to say By noon I am usually in a space of “WHAT THE HECK AM I DOING”.
I stepped into this program with a substanicial amount of hesitancy; So far this week waking up in a quiet home and having “me time” to do the homework has been refreshing! I feel more centered in even my small intentions listed in My DMP. This is giving me a better outlook on my current situation and also has been restoring hope.
At this point the course itself feels a bit overwhelming, mostly due to this being all new, and unknowing. I have reminded myself daily take this process day at a time (I have maybe read the scroll twice in the morning to keep my mind here in the present moment).
In Haanels’ words-
Charles Haanel, The Master Key System, Part 1:4
“We must ‘BE’ before we can ‘DO’ and we can ‘DO’ only to the extent which we ‘ARE’, and what we ‘ARE’ depends upon what we ‘THINK.”
I am truly excited to see what this process will bring me, my career and my little family as we navigate the next season of our lives.
