Joy, remember to breathe. I believe the reality of ALL of this has started to hit! I have made the commitment to change and now it is time to really do the work. This week, I am still adjusting to a new daily schedule and as the ‘O’ word…overwhelm starts to creep in, I stop and breathe.

I cannot believe Week 2 is almost over! Did this week go by faster than last week? Joy, Breathe!

I see improvements in getting tasks done without procrastinating. Do it now! Those three words are powerful. In a public place and around people who do not get what I am doing, it can be quite entertaining when I just say out loud, “Do it now!” Haha! The looks I have received BUT who cares. It works for me. I get a task done without putting it off for later as later is already booked.

I am not there with everything I need to do daily but I celebrate that I am moving in the right direction. It is still early in this life changing journey, so I give myself grace, taking one day at a time and celebrating along the way.

I have a million things going on in my mind! When I first heard we should sit for 15 minutes, I thought “No problem”. At first those first 15 minutes of sitting still were the longest 15 minutes ever! Joy, Breathe! It was a wake-up call. What kind of life or path am I on that I cannot sit still for 15 minutes?

I appreciate my guide. She is helping me dig deep down beneath my surface talk and I hope my Subby knows I love her and that we got this!

In moments of overwhelm, anxiety, bad habits and any negative stuff that try to show up… Joy, Breathe and I shout, “Do it now!”
