Observations and scattered thinking!

It’s amazing how the more I’ve been focusing on this work, the “scattier” I’m becoming.

I’ve always struggled with reading since a young age, my mind wonders after one sentence sometimes half a sentence which makes reading anything take a very long time. (lol).

The reading hack will be very good for me!

Observing how my brain and blueprint is operating is very illuminating. I feel like I’m spinning round mentally in circles, time wasting and procrastinating on life. It’s very exciting to realise all of this.

That said, I am sticking to reading and completing all the exercises daily which is a gold star for me considering all of that.  Although I’m not seeing many blue rectangles.

To the best of my knowledge, I’ve given up refined sugar. I say this as we all know it can creep into many foods.

Today I ate a small piece of home cooked oat bar made from ginger syrup and apricots,
I’m noticing already the difference and although the oat bar was delicious it was not as satisfying as the mango I had eaten earlier in the day. This pleased me immensely!

Fantastic!!

I always keep my promises!
