I am so enamored with the material presented in week 3 in Master Key Experience. I continue to be in awe of the wonderous design of the human body and the human mind. The information provided in this week’s text has enhanced what I have previously studied in my decades long spiritual quest.

I have some knowledge about the Solar Plexus as is part of the Chakra System. The Chakras are energy centers that run along the spine from the base of the spine to the crown of the head. I know that in order to be in energetic harmony and frequency the Chakras should be free of blockages. There are many techniques in Yoga and Reiki that facilitate clearing the stuck energy thereby harmonizing the physical and etheric bodies. The Solar Plexus is the third Chakra, is the seat of confidence, and corresponds to the color yellow like the sun.

This week’s lesson has added a new dimension to my understanding of the Solar Plexus and its function as it is the focal point in the body that generates life energy. It is the sun of the body because, like the sun of our solar system, it generates energy and sustains life. Even more profound, the Solar Plexus is “where the finite becomes infinite, where the Uncreated becomes the created” (Charles Haanel, The Master Key System, 3:10).

I find it interesting that the Solar Plexus is in the umbilical region of the body and it is through the umbilical cord that a baby is formed and nourished by its mother before it is born. Again, I am in awe of the beauty and design of the human body and by the process of creation. Talk about a Master Mind!

This information is confirmation that we are so much more than we have been programmed to believe and that we have within us the key to life. We are part of the cosmos, from the macro outside us to the micro within us. We are connected to and are part of the Universal Master Mind.

Like I said, I love and appreciate the way the author explains how our entire system is set up and works for the evolution and expression of our dreams and desires. There is a sun within me and like the old spiritual goes “this little light of mine, I’m gonna’ to let it shine.”
