It has been a real eye opener of modifying my behavior to good habits….and doing it now! The daily reading calm me down and prepares for the good habits especially with the OATS process.
Knowing the day before which activities I am doing and focusing on doing the good habits now–striving toward my PPNs has given me energy and focus.
Changing my ideal life/purpose in the present moment guides me toward my much-needed good habits.
Realizing the more I delay my activities before October 15, adds stress instead of doing it now…. loving this program!

I too adore ‘Do it Now’ and try to observe how much better I feel getting things done over time, as opposed getting them done under stress and self created time constraints!
