Hey, thanks so much for reading my blog, my name is Donna Stelter and I am originally from Milwaukee, Wisconsin, now living in the sunshine state of Florida for the last three years. I absolutely love spending time outdoors and being in FL is like a dream come true. I much rather have sand in my toes then snow on my boots!!
How do I spend my time outdoors all year round you may wonder? My husband of 29 years and I walk our two dogs Bella and Phin around our lovely community every day, we ride bikes, go to the beach frequently and cherish the peace of sitting, listening and watching the waves on the ocean.
My mornings are spent on a court as I have become a competitive and a little obsessive Pickleball player! All my adult life I have been involved in endurance sports like running marathons and completing a full Ironman Triathlon.
As a profession, I have been a nurse for 27 years, working in pediatric oncology, adult hospice and now I work from home as a hospice triage nurse taking calls and helping people manage the care of their family member in the end stages of life.
My work has always been rewarding and fills my heart with gratitude that I am alive, and I always strive to do the most with the gifts God has given me.
Drop a comment on what you are most grateful for, I would love to share this joy with you!
