For the last two weeks, give or take a day or two, life has been real challenging for me. When life throws a monkey wrench into my world I usually accept it and find a way to work it out or work with it depending on the challenge. Here lately life has thrown me one monkey wrench after the other and it has been a bit stressful and overwhelming.

I have not been able to work with it or work it out and the challenges just keep lingering. My grandmother told me that God will never give you more than you can handle, well I believe that God has over estimated my ability to handle what has come my way in the last two weeks.

I usually have my blog done and submitted by Monday morning at the latest, today it is Saturday, I am having to use an internet service from a restaurant’s parking lot while sitting in my car.

It has been so stressful and challenging that I have not been able to be positive or enthusiastic about anything, especially trying to read my DMP and the other writings required for MKE.

I am still hanging in there, for how long I am not certain. It may take me awhile to work out of these challenges since they have all occurred so close together.

For every step of progress I make some thing manages to kick me 3 steps back, it is real frustrating trying to figure it all out.

For every choice I make creates a different challenge that arises, does not seem to be a solution to these challenges, no relief in sight at this point and time.

  • I tend to agree with Jen here, Bev! Try to keep your mind focused on the present moment, and only the present moment. 🙂

  • Hi Beverly, Thank you for sharing your experiences. You are still getting it done. Give yourself a big hug.

  • Thank you Beverly for leading by example- being vulnerable and sharing your experience in its raw form. You are being the observer…remind yourself it’s most effective when we are the non-judgmental observer… not always easy to do..I know from experience! LOL!

Most importantly I would like to encourage you to continue to focus on 1 day, 1 exercise at a time. Those feelings you are wrestling with will calm down as you gain clarity of what you truly want. Its time to celebrate because you are willingly to see new possibilities. Lean on your tribe as well for encouragement.
