I fasted from food and was feeling and thinking great and feeling better, but started eating again yesterday and have been stuffing my face with everything in sight which is the worst thing to do after fasting.

I have had a much better week than I have of today so it’s really a shame that I finally have the time to write since I have nothing nice to say.

I am annoyed with myself how much I feel I should be growing and am not growing fast enough. I often notice how much I keep investing in myself, yet I don’t feel much progress from my past self.

I keep trying to show up and plug in so I can change my thinking and Think- write- Promise-act – Read – and gain results.
