I am being a compassionate observer of my journey. This has been an interesting week. I’m struggling to keep up with rituals that can only help me become a better person. I’m noticing a lot of resistance on my part. Is it a peptide addiction to mediocrity?

It’s as if my subconscious has a problem with my DMP. Of course, it does! My DMP has me taking action and living the life I want. My Subby has accepted the challenge to not let it happen. Some days I experience feelings of overwhelm and personal disappointment in myself. Other days I’m ready for the fight.

Someone said we have to do the work. Well, this definitely is work. I don’t think it’s the reading and then more reading that’s the challenge. I think it’s the believability of what I’m reading. The reading is providing me with knowledge.

“Believing” is what creates the actions. Right now, my actions are like a person that has one foot on the gas and the other foot on the brake. My Press Release helped me to see this truth.

Re-wiring my brain for true success is a roller coaster ride. I can’t wait until Subby accepts the ideas (seeds) I’m planting so we can grow and go to the next level of life.

Week Six is “color-coding and shape-linking your goals” week. Since the beginning, I’ve yet to see any yellow squares. I just might take some colored paper and cut out yellow squares and put them in strategic places so I can link the color to my goals.

One character-building scroll at a time.

One week at a time.

One day at a time.

In the end I will win because “I can be what I will to be.”

  • Hi Ava, Great idea to create the yellow squares and put them around. Soon you will see the yellow squares everywhere as you go about your day. You have this, keep growing

  • Thanks so much for your honesty and vulnerability Ava. I can relate to many of your struggles.

If you’re looking for yellow squares, if you look for yellow traffic signs like caution signs, many of them are yellow squares. Even a diamond shape is a square. Many yellow post-it notes are also yellow squares. Many yellow tea boxes, like Twinings tea, will have two yellow square ends. Peaches in fruit cups are often cubed shaped, too. I also struggled finding yellow squares but once I saw some, more became visible.

I know you’ll be successful with this course.
