The watchman at the gate must be engaged continually, or it will NOT yield results. We must constantly discern what emotional thoughts should be impressed on the subconscious mind daily.
The scientific fact behind the 3 R’s that influence our thinking from the limbic system – Our reptilian brain – Where the decisions are made:
R – What is the Risk – Will this hurt me?
R – What is the reward potential – Will this help me – What will I gain?
R – What’s the ratio between the Risk and Reward?
Living by your intentions, you change your blueprint (your limbic system). Altering your perception. As you do this, new methods and solutions reveal themselves, having you evaluate and judge on a higher level than you perhaps were making decisions from.
Give Your ALL in the exercises to alter your blueprint – Your limbic programming.
Be industrious, and soon, you will have power over yourself, living in harmony.
