5 Reflections from Week 11 in the Master Key Experience:
Bonus: New (to me) Word(s)

1. Awaken the Sleeping Lions – At the turn of the month, we, as a group MasterMind, changed from Scroll 2 to Scroll 3 in The Greatest Salesman in the World.

I am entranced by the paragraph in Scroll 3 that includes:

“I am not a sheep waiting to be prodded by my shepherd. I am a Lion and I refuse to talk, to walk, to sleep with the sheep. I hear not those who weep and complain, for their disease is contagious.”

Og Mandino, The Greatest Salesman in the World, page 64

In an Inexplicable Happenings kind of way, I had just read a meme right after finishing my first read of Scroll 3 that said, “I’m not here to awaken the sheep. I’m here to Awaken the Sleeping Lions.”

I’ve now added these words to the end of the paragraph… to read 3x a day for the next 31 days. Fascinating as an experiment for the month of December. How many sleeping lions will be awakened?

2. Claim Your Estate – Your Ideal

  • 1. Earnestly Desire it
  • 2. Assert Your Claim
  • 3. Take Possession of It.

Speaking of what I said in reflection #1, I earnestly claim, assert and take possession of my ideal as I’m finessing my one sentence DMP (definite major purpose).

3. Law of Environment. If you create the right environment, the right things will show up. Another point leading back to reflection number 1 – creating an environment for the awakened Lions to flourish.

4. Beef Stroganoff – BS and anything that is close to an excuse; Just like in the series “Ted Lasso”, when he and his wife agreed that when they said “Oklahoma” they would have to immediately tell the truth. I’m excited to add Beef Stroganoff to those excuse-filled, BS times to lighten the mood… or call myself out.

5. The only thing that is real is REGRET – This jaw-dropping MarkJ-ism was said during the Q&A. Instead of regret, it’s time to bring in the magick – The word Abracadabra – Abra means “I create”; Cadabra – “As I speak.” Invoking some creative expression of Abracadabra-time.

BONUS NEW (to me) WORD(s):
1. antecedent: (n) someone or something existing or happening before, especially as the cause or origin of something existing or happening later
2. arrayed: (verb) dressed in a particular way, especially in beautiful clothes: She was arrayed in purple velvet.

Blessings on your Journey. To your Abracadabra time this week…

  • As usual. Marie, you present yourself more than capable of extracting the essence from each week of the Master Key Experience! 🙂

  • Thanks Marie, as always your blog is great. I really relate to that paragraph about the sheep and lions so much so that wrote about this week too. I like what you did with adding that sentence.

  • I’m beginning to understand how inexplicable happenings occur all the time, we just need to be able to recognize them as they are… instead of dissecting them for what they are not. I love the term “Beef Stroganoff,” and the way to claim your estate is with an earnest desire, asserting your claim, and taking possession of it.
