What MKE (Master Key Experience) continues to teach me is that consistent effort and consistent improvement leads to my success and paves the way to personal and professional growth.
Just as a seed grows — thought and persistence need nurturing. They can flourish with sustained effort. I’m setting goals like my DMP (definite major purpose). It’s given myself a target; provides direction like the compass.
To channel my efforts purposefully. I find consistency is the key. Whether it’s sitting each morning in 15 minutes of silence or skill development.
Incremental progress fuels growth. I am learning from all of my set backs, which have been many, as a lesson understanding causes (like the cement that cover my mind). So I continue to adjust.
I keep celebrating the milestones as MKE suggests with my service card. Do it with enthusiasm, as Mark J. consistently yells. (me laughing).
A cumulative consistent effort is enforcing my subconscious that growth is achievable! I just have to harness this power and unlock my full potential with determination, resilience and my ability to achieve.
Thank you,
Terri Frisbie
