Scroll III, no surprise there; it is as impactful and powerful as the first two! As I read it, it took me back to when I started MKE; I was tempted to try and go after all that concrete (old blueprint) with a 10 lb sledge hammer.
Thankfully, MKE is brilliantly put together, with the readings, tribe and other participants masterminding, and exercises to slowly chip away the concrete with a manageable hammer and persistent hits that count.
The 10 lb sledge hammer would have been more like a resolution, i would have been worn out before I could create any new habits, and been right back at welcoming the machine to pour more concrete on me,

What an interesting way to look at it – a sledgehammer, or the subtle but powerful MKE exercises?
