I am Whole, Perfect, Strong, Powerful, Loving, Harmonious and Happy.
What a beautiful affirmation. I’ll be honest In used to think affirmations were just for in the morning like. I’m a money magnet, or money flows abundantly to me.
I mean I know that the first one is an affirmation but when we learned that we can have it ready and use it whenever needed (Law of Substitution) I got a whole new perspective.
I realized that I was taught this principle many years ago and just now put the tow together. I was taught the serenity prayer.
God grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change; Courage to change the things I can; And wisdom to know the difference.
I was taught it use it whenever I needed a break. I can tell you there were plenty of times that I used it. Then I learned the full version.
God grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change; Courage to change the things I can; And wisdom to know the difference. Living one day at a time; Enjoying one moment at a time; Accepting hardships as the pathway to peace; Taking, as He did, this sinful world As it is, not as I would have it; Trusting that He will make all things right If I surrender to His Will; So that I may be reasonably happy in this life And supremely happy with Him Forever and ever in the next.
Amen. Such a powerful prayer.
I use all three today. I prefer the short version of the serenity prayer like most do and now I just love
I am Whole, Perfect, Strong, Powerful, Loving, Harmonious and Happy.
I use it all day every day.

So true Ken, What a powerful statement, I now find myself frequently using it when I wake up at night.
