Last week I posted on the idea of focus. Then last Sunday we were hallemged to do an exercise that really helped me to even a greater level.
The 50-minute exercise of the short DMP. The way I describe it is like an injection of focus and power.
To the point of it being the only thing I see in my day.
It is more in front of than ever. It is impossible to ignore.



Yes, that is such a powerful exercise!
