Hello Friends!!
I wanted to take a moment to do a quick about me post. Its funny because I always sit here and contemplate what I would like people to know about me and I often have a hard time really coming up with stuff to share. I have decided to just type away and see what comes out. 😊
So here are some of the basics. I am from CT. Married for the past 6 going on 7 years to my best friend and biggest supporter. I couldn’t think of anyone else to go on this adventure of life with.
I am also blessed to be a mother of 4. I have 3 daughters (22,20, and 10) and a son (2). I am also a fur mom of 1 dog and 2 cats. We live in a pretty big town in Enfield where everything is close and convenient.
I love all live events from concerts, festivals, sporting events and my recent favorite, comic cons. There is just something about getting together with people who have a similar interest and enjoying it together that really speaks to me. I also love visiting new places and trying new things especially food wise.
For most of my life I have been content and living a mediocre life in the world of customer service. From face-to-face retail to Real Estate and most recently in the background helping others succeed in the Quality Assurance role for a call center.
What has drawn me to the MKE experience is this longing to find out what my true purpose is in life. Now that I am embarking on the 2nd half of my life, I feel like the mark or life that I have lived thus far has been pretty normal and I long for exceptional. I have learned that this starts with me, and I am here on this journey not only to find my purpose in life but to find ME.
I hope you enjoy reading about my journey through MKE and I wish you all an amazing journey as well not only in this class but in life itself. We are all here for a reason. Let’s find out what that is and share it with the world.
