This Interview occurred in Lewis’s LA studio. Definitely cold pressed green juice & water are being served. It is June 1, 2024, 9am. It is a perfect summer day 26 degrees. I am wearing a beautiful floral dress from Chai.

How does it feel to be living your ideal life, your DMP?

How I feel living my DMP is courageous, full of love and laughter. I am excited that it is all happening.

My Liberty is that I am a Chief Executive Producer as of March 2024. I act on my intuition and inspire others to do the same. I use humor, connection and exuberant encouragement, my vibrant personality, people skills and caring nature uplift my team, and eagerly, perpetually grow and serve clients.

The team I attracted consists of five directly supervised $20K min per month Executive Producers, each with their own 5 co-executive producers earning a minimum of $10K each month since March 2024.

I was the number one Rookie Executive Producer for the September 2023 recruiting contest. As an independent executive producer I was excited to attend the all expenses paid trip to Dubai back in February 2024 as Recognition for Creative Expression for building my team. I Loved all of the shout outs from the team for the hard work and processes that have been working for the team. I loved receiving the money from the prize for future recruiting.

I love knowing that the lives of each of my team are forever changed for the best because they have joined us here.

What really motivates me is knowing that my future retirement sits on what I’m doing today. All of us will grow & win today.

What did you sacrifice or let go of to live your ideal life?

Three things I let go of so I could attract my achievement: Procrastination, fear of failure, and waiting for the right timing.

Timing was the biggest factor. The fear of the unknown and what it would really be like to be on my own. I would likely never have gotten on this path if I had remained with my kids’ Dad. I needed to let go of my relationship with him to move forward in my career.

I took the action I needed to have what I wanted finally got angry enough & had to hit my rock bottom and felt so alone and miserable.

When I first came to my new career I wanted to perfect the sales portions of the position. I did not take action to build a team until this year. I had to let go of my perfectionism to allow myself to make mistakes & to fail. I had to let go of not wanting to fail my people as their leader.

I was not realizing the value in teaching them while I was learning. As that was the best way to solidify it in myself. It shifted for me when I decided I just needed to get it done and that it didn’t need to be perfect.

I let go of control by letting my work and myself be good enough. I am more than good enough. I am amazing. I used to feel so small when I was younger. I allowed myself to be oppressed by many men in my past, from my first stepfather to my second husband. I no longer allow that.

I stand up for myself and who I am. I am a strong and powerful woman. I am good enough, worthy and loved. I am number one. Symbolically, I see it in full color posters in front of all of the company.

I let go of my fear of failure by trying. I let myself make an ass of myself. I let go of perfection. I had to just go for it.

I help families to protect their estates through completing their wills and purchasing insurance coverages. I enjoy their renewals.

I use clear communication to uphold healthy boundaries between myself and my team in relation to my authority and high expectations of them. My disciplined, focused, success driven, self sustaining team grows with ease through adding 4 new coded agents per month.

My life flows with ease. Leadership rejuvenates me daily. My minimum five- thousand dollars flows reliably, consistently to me into my account each week all year. I appreciate the money that comes to me. I thank God for the money that I have, and expect that it always flow to me and through me. I share my wealth with those in need.

My businesses allow me to live a life that is conducive to owning outright and living in my fully paid for home, remaining on my farm with all of my animals.

What is your advice for the future?
My three truths:

  1. Love is everything, hold out for the love you deserve
  2. Happiness is an inside job. No one else is responsible for your happiness. Look inside to find it.
  3. Just go for it. Give it everything you’ve got.

What is your definition of Greatness?

Greatness is the same as success, the authentic happiness and the love that we have the ability to go through each day and waking up early and feeling the joy of being with the work family and my own family people.

Greatness is the balance of all the things that bring me joy. My animals, kids, my love, my work and living out my purpose.

I always keep my promises.
