Press release,

Hi My name is Terri Frisbie

Interviewer: Diane Sawyer. She is an American television broadcast journalist known for anchoring major programs like World News Tonight, Good Morning America, 20/20 and others at ABC news.

Diane covered topics from investigative news to celebrity interviews.

I was in my hometown when I was introduced to Diane in July of 2029 on a very dry, warm, sunny day. I was with my family packing up the boat getting ready to take to the lake, the clear blue waters of Chelan.

Diane just happened to be also going out on a boat with friends that was moored next to mine at the time. Diane asked if she could interview me in the near future and I agreed to meet and talk with her.

So we met later in the week on a Wednesday, around 4pm on a beautiful, sunny, warm day sitting outside on an outdoor table at one of my favorite local wineries overlooking the beautiful lake with a slight breeze blowing.

After ordering a glass of Rose and pairing it with a Charcuterie tray filled with nuts, fruit meats and cheeses, Diane started to ask a few questions.

Diane: How did your early life experiences shape your values and ambitions?

Terri : I was brought up in Portland. Oregon with 3 brothers. We were all headstrong and since being the only girl I learned to compete when playing sports with them.

We had a great time growing up being kids. Learning to compete and learning how to encourage and be a good team player when losing (which was a lot of the time,) (both laughing).

It did start to shape my values and ambitions, until I learned something more profound later in life which I’ll get into later.

Diane: What was your first significant career or job?

Terri: I became a Registered Nurse. I loved helping people and felt I could make a difference in people’s lives. I worked in the ER for 28 years. Then I went into Urgent Care for the rest of my career.

Like most people in life, I wanted more out of it! I wanted more for myself. Now don’t get me wrong. Saving lives was rewarding to the families and patients I served. I just wanted more for myself and family.

Being a nurse supported us, put a roof over our heads and food on the table. It was a good career but not exceptional.

Diane: What inspired you to pursue the career you’re in?

Terri: I don’t think at this point I would call it a career but just a path I am following like a compass direction. My inspiration came from a guy named Mark Januszewski. (both laughing)

Diane: Was he a role model or Mentor who had a significant impact on your life?

Terri: Yes Mark had a lot to do with it. He had a class that I joined called Master Key Experience. Mark taught us to think for ourselves, strip down the cement off of ourselves, or reverse learn what we learned as a child.

He taught us to see our inner selves and break all of the negative impacts and thoughts that were brought about from early learnings and to debunk all the myths we were fed.

Diane: What were the turning points that helped you achieve success?

Terri: When I learned to change my old habits to new ones, I got rid of thoughts of self-doubt, fear.

This was all through the help from Mark and his team. Mark’s “just do it! and do it now!” were some of ways this has helped me follow my passion for life and of course making money, which all led to my financial success.

Diane: I wish we had more time, I would love to ask you more questions.

Terri: Thank you for your gracious presence, it was an honor to get to know you.
