5 Reflections from Week 22A in the Master Key Experience (MKE):
1. For Hill, Haanel & Wattles – EMERSON had the strongest influence –
Insist on yourself; never imitate. Your own gift you can present every moment with the cumulative force of a whole life’s cultivation; but of the adopted talent of another you have only an extemporaneous half possession. Ralph Waldo Emerson, 1841.
2. Jean-Jaques Rousseau – known as the FATHER of ENLIGHTENMENT. Jean-Jaques was Emerson’s influence. His philosophy is all over The United States Constitution. What you do with your life is all that really matters – DO WHAT YOU LOVE. Here are some quotes from Rousseau:
Man is for free and everywhere he is in chains.
Only passions, great passions can elevate the soul to great things.
The world of reality has its limits; the world of imagination is boundless. Jean-Jaques Rosseau
3. THE CERTAIN WAY – You are nature’s greatest miracle Do every act w/excellence.
The very best thing you can do for the whole world is to make the most of yourself. Wallace Wattles
3 Steps of THE CERTAIN WAY
- Gratitude is a cause and is a launchpad to Greatness
*Make Gratitude a Habit – Mastery is not a place where you arrive - Focused Thoughts
*Form a mental conception of YOURSELF at the highest
*With unwavering faith - Action / Will
*Knowledge does not apply itself
*You actions must reflect your thoughts
*We only have the present
*DO IT NOW! Life is Millions of NOWs
*Cautionary Tale – Hurry is actually FEAR which cuts the connection with Universal Mind
Don’t hide your light! Let it shine for all; let your good deeds glow for all to see, so that they will praise your heavenly Father. Matthew 5:15-16
4. SAP – Smallest Achievable Perfection – Easy to do…easy not to do. Start with something simple…like making your bed like you’ve won an award for bed making!
5. It’s DECISION TIME – You can see greatness in others – Yet most people navigate life ignorant of their own true nature of their infinite potential and unique gifts. YOU ARE NATURE’s GREATEST MIRACLE…ACT LIKE IT.
Very delightful post. Easy to make applications from your suggestions!
