5 Reflections from Week 23 in the Master Key Experience (MKE):

1. The soul of money is service:

Money is…of no value except to bring about the conditions which we desire, and these conditions are necessarily harmonious. Harmonious conditions necessitate sufficient supply, so that if there appears to be any lack, we should realize that the idea or soul of money is service, and as this thought takes form, channels of supply will be opened, and you will have the satisfaction of knowing that spiritual methods are entirely practical.

2. Silence: Completed a 28 hours Journey into the Silence. Day 1: I simply walked out my door w/journal and pen in my day bag and found a wonderful Nature conservatory close by. Any time the “gosh I should be doing this that or the other thing…” I remember the phrase…if you don’t have time to meditate for 5 minutes, you ought to look at meditating for an hour. Then…I’d giggle. Monkey mind got so soft and quiet at some points…And definitely loud at others. Just stayed with it all. Day 2: I drove to the ocean…found a beautiful garden…with many art instillations. On the the silent stroll around the gardens, found a gigantic scrabble table with giant 2”x 2” tiles. Left a message (in Scrabble form) “Love One Another.”

Law of Least Effort – Become the Hero and regenerate your AUTHENTIC Self
1. Acceptance
I practice Acceptance because the whole universe is as it should be
2. Responsibility
I take Responsibility for my situation and for all those events I see as problems.
3. Defenselessness
I relinquish the need to defend my point of view. I will feel no need to convince or persuade others to accept my point of view. I remain open to all points of view and am not rigidly attached to any one of them.

4. “Do you want a different life or are you just trying to improve the one you have?” – We are all infected by sub-cultures and seeing life through our own lens. Relying on others’ judgements is COWARDLY. Instead, be on the adventure of Self-Trust. Resist the pressure to CONFORM. Watch children before they are subject to society’s cement.

5. Commence means to BEGIN – Crazy that I spent my life thinking Commencement meant an ending. And FURTHER – good ol Etymology Online says about commencement: “a beginning, act or fact of coming into existence.” Excited for this next part of the journey.
