Love and Fear.
This MKE class has been amazing! I have appreciated so much the encouragement, dedication, conviction, that has been shown by each and everyone from MKE. I am so grateful to have been part of this wonderful class and being able to release more cement from my soul. Thank you so much!
Todays blog is about Love and Fear that shape our experiences and perceptions, I have learned that according to Fox fear stems from a lack of understanding. He believed that fear arises when we perceive ourselves as a separate from the source of love and goodness, and love is the antidote to fear.
I tried using the law of substitution, amazingly it does work. Using the power of love in overcoming fear and restoring harmony with in oneself and the world.
Hannell had his perspective on the interplay between fear and love in human existence. Serving as a natural response to a perceive threats or danger. He also recognized that fear can become distorted and magnified by the mind leading to irrational anxieties and phobias.
Love encompasses a spectrum of emotions ranging from empathy and compassion to romantic attachment. Both have the idea that love has the power to transcend fear and foster inner peace, and have a deeper awareness of our thoughts and emotions recognizing fear as temporary. By embracing love in its various forms, we can overcome fear.
These insights offer wisdom on the nature of fear and love, guiding as a journey of self-discovery and spiritual growth. By using love as one way to the antidote of fear we can cultivate compassion, and inner peace with ourselves and the world around us causing a positive rippling effect.
