By practicing I try to create a new me. Do the Mental Diet by using the Seven Laws of the Mind.
Simple? As I have to start over and over again, but with this weeks lesson is Practice, cause practice makes perfect.

Consistent practice shapes the brain fostering cognitive enhancement. We are learning in MMK is the positive impact of practice on brain function and intellectual capabilities.

It is this constant; the transformative power of practice whether pursuing a passion, honing a skill or facing life’s challenges the journey of improvement is paved with consistent intentional practice.

I need to embrace this process for it is through practice that we not only refine our abilities but also uncover the limitless potential with in ourselves.
