As I’m catching up to the material I’m a lot more mindful of the thoughts I think.

I’m generally a very positive person, which means I have to be very mindful of the thoughts I think as the negative ones aren’t that easy to notice when all those happy thoughts and feelings surround them. Today is Monday and Q1 started at work. There is no better time to start than RIGHT NOW.

Thoughts become things.
