I woke up a few days ago with a thought about the happenings going on out there (old blueprint) and quickly turned to happiness and harmony. This sent me into a very different place that was confident and directed.

I felt exhilarated and ready to face the day. I feel this new wave of energy Haanel talks about:

A new civilization is being born; customs, creeds and precedent are passing and The whole world is on the eve of a new consciousness, a new power, and a new realization within the self. (18.5)

With this awareness, our daily dives into self are even more important. Being in the now and serving others feels more and more natural. This brings me peace of mind.

My silent sits are more miraculous in the fact that I can feel the energy centers opening and the continuation of target parts of my body being reconfigured. I tried lying flat on my back listening to my DMP trailer set to music (Ablaze by Alainis Morsette) and began crying.

I started my regular silent sit up right and began crying. Today was the same and then my heart began to open. I am crying as I type. One opening after another. I feel like a beautiful lotus.

More nature today. The pink/purple sunrise with a sliver of a moon and then a playful white mink with a black-tipped tail scrabbled all over the wood pile. What a fabulous beginning to my Sunday! This inspires me to do as Og says,

Each minute of this day will I grasp with both hands and fondle with love for its
value is beyond price. What dying man can purchase another breath though he
