My virtue for the week is well organized. I had to laugh at first and suddenly realized this was going to be more than fun. I am organized with a few things and not so much on others.
Even though I’m not being graded on this. It affects my thinking quite a bit.
The progression has taught me some great things. Now that I’ve been using this for a few weeks I can understand the benefit of these 5 points. 1. Gratitude 2. Kindness 3. The Sit 4. Exercise 5. Reliving good moments.
I watched a video Mark showed called “Happiness Advantage” and the 5 points were summed up there and brought the progression to even more of an understanding for me. Not making being happy after the event and just being happy before and bringing into my life what I wanted, was my takeaway.
Finally, the best question. What would the person I intend to become do next? I’ve spent some time in the quiet sit with this. What a deep and helpful question.
The answer is even better than I expected. I can bring this question into my mind more and then “Do it Now”. I am adding 10 cards to my pile to flash and read today.
I always keep my promises.

Good to hear that it was going to be more than fun with your virtue and that the answer was even better than you expected Robert. So awesome
Robert, how funny. Well Organized is also my virtue this week and I’ve had a good laugh as well.
