Although for years I’ve had a stone sitting on my desk, upon which is engraved, “Thoughts Become Things”, the MKE (Master Key Experience) course has taken being aware of, and choosing my THOUGHTS, to an entirely other level

I’ve recently been the gate guard to my thoughts. Whenever I start to fret about something (and there is certainly lots for us all to fret about, serious things at times), I stop myself and know that I can go down that “lane”, or choose a different “lane” / way of looking at the situation, in that moment.

I believe we’ve been programmed really, for the most part, to focus on the pain, sorrow, sadness, anger, etc. as a knee jerk reaction to certain things in life, a way of getting love and support perhaps, of finding connection with others.

Rarely have we been amongst those who can take a quite tragic situation, and make it into a positive. Because when you look at it, there’s a positive aspect, a silver lining in everything. Obstacle, hardships, and positive events are all opportunities to grow.

I believe that if we choose to see the positive aspects in all these experiences, it places us into the frequency of vibratory harmony. And if we continually practice thinking and operating this way, to where it becomes more automatic as a part of our being, we see that on the mental plane like attracts like, and our life suddenly begins to blossom in a way like never before!
