5 Reflections from Week 5 in the Master Key Experience:

Bonus: NEW WORD TO USE THIS WEEK

1. From Scroll I to Scroll II – 30 Days will elapse this week…and we’ll be moving from Scroll I to Scroll II in The Greatest Salesman in the World. Here’s the MKE sprinkle of genius: Take your favorite line from Scroll I… and write that sentence at the top of Scroll II… then extra added sprinkle…read that favorite Scroll I sentence OUT LOUD each time you read Scroll II.

Here’s my favourite line, that morphed into something that brings so much emotion each time I read it. Like a wonderful friend, I’m glad we’re going to share more time with each other over the next 30 days:

“As the words of these scrolls are consumed by my mysterious mind, I awaken each day…a vitality I’ve never known before. A vigor increases, an enthusiasm rises, a desire to meet the world overcomes every fear I once knew at sunrise, and I am happier than I every believed it possible.”

Og Mandino, The Greatest Salesman in the World, p. 56.

2. NO OPINIONS – Ooooo… this one is going to be fun. It’s like taking off your wrist watch and discovering how you are tied to time by how often you look at your wrist.

3. The world is awarding its richest prizes to the thinkers-

I”f either of us were building a home for ourselves, how careful we would be in regard to the plans; how we should study every detail; how we should watch the material and select only the best of everything; and yet how careless we are when it comes to building our Mental Home, which is infinitely more important than any physical home, as everything which can possibly enter into our lives depends upon the character of the material which enters into the construction of our Mental Home.”

Charles Haanel, The Master Key Experience, Part 5:9.

4. I am the Dean of the University of ME. I SET THE CURRICULUM… BAM!

5. Assert Your Heirship –

“There is a fine estate awaiting a claimant. Its broad acres, with abundant crops, running water and fine timber, stretch away as far as the eye can see. There is a mansion, spacious and cheerful, with rare pictures, a well-stocked library, rich hangings, and every comfort and luxury. All the heir has to do is to assert his heirship, take possession, and use the property.” and “To gain this estate, three processes are necessary: You must earnestly desire it. You must assert your claim. You must take possession.”

Charles Haanel, The Master Key Experience, Part 14, 16

This week is FILLED with so many reflections…was hard to choose. The focus this week is writing our Press Release as if our DMP (Direct Major Purpose) was all true… so I’m off to play in that world…

BONUS NEW WORD: Ignominious – ig·no·min·i·ous – adjective – deserving or causing public disgrace or shame.

No Opinions… ok… how’s that going?… would love to hear…
