Week number 4 of the Master key Experience has been very awakening to me. Especially the giving and receiving note cards. I’ve always been one that is grateful and kind to others but haven’t been a grateful receiver.

This has really opened my eyes and really has been a great experience to not shrug off a compliment but to actually enjoy the moment and reply back thanks. What an amazing feeling.

My sit has gotten so much better as far as clearing my mind and channeling my thoughts. it really gave me much insight into my limiting beliefs that I am working on . I believe the sit is the most important key for me to transform my life .

I am so grateful for this exercise. It feels like energy going through me as I am doing my sit which is beyond anything I’ve ever felt before.
