My whole attitude has changed as a result of being aware to give gratitude. I wake up thinking what can I do for someone else today.
Dropping the negative and giving a smile to a clerk in a store, handing a bottled water to sanitation worker as he takes my garbage to the truck, surprising someone with a thank you as they walk me through a store to find an item, or saying “I appreciate it” to the server as she fills my glass with tea.
I love helping others without reciprocation like giving my neighbors, friends, and the repairman part of my harvest of cherry tomatoes.
Learning the science behind our brain’s peptides giving us satisfaction was fascinating.
Celebrating the chore or service completed lifted me to a whole new level – “the mind within”. I realized that working so many chores around the home without recognition from someone was a down feeling for me.
Now I have that positive feeling when I celebrate the completion of a task well done. Thanks for the excellent idea! I accomplished something!!!

Wonderful to give ourselves a positive feeling with celebrating our completed tasks.
I thoroughly enjoyed reading how you’re showing gratitude and kindness wherever you go with whoever you meet. You are definitely living the life of the Law of Giving. I’m definitely cheering you on with all your accomplishments. Great job!
