Week 4 was like getting hit by a big wave. Although I have completed every one of the daily do’s I fell behind on many other things.
I put those do’s on the highest priority scale and they get done NO MATTER WHAT, the rest has to be addressed after the due dates.
I had 2 big events this month, one annual fundraiser gala for Brain Cancer Canada last Friday and one more Halloween gala for Million Dollar Smiles this coming Friday. Besides that work… And of course this course. There just isn’t enough hours in the day it seems.
Oh, and there’s another thing that’s been high on my priority list that became a non-negotiable, and that’s the gym. I just wouldn’t have the energy to make things happen if I didn’t take those 2 hrs to myself 4-5 times per week.
So here I am catching up on the blog from week 4 when the blog for week 5 is due in 2 days. I know with time I will adjust and solidify my habits so that it’s easier to navigate through the days and the weeks that seem so overwhelmingly busy.
And I have full faith. I can feel my body chemistry change from the readings we are assigned and I’m starting to enjoy them. I am almost rushing home to my MK readings and sit spot. I’m falling in love with the process..
And I’m aligning myself to the vibrations where the me that I want to be is at. That is all. I’m complete
Your dedication to catching up on the course despite the looming deadline for Week 5 shows your resilience and commitment. The optimism you express about adjusting and solidifying your habits over time is a testament to your belief in your own growth potential.
That is great, Anna! You are practicing self care AND keeping your commitments. You rock!
