Nine weeks in and I gladly took the opportunity to create a separate affirmations card.
Why? because I love affirmations and the concept of affirmations.
Over the years I have said to myself:
I am more than I appear to be, I have the power, knowledge, and skills inside of me.
Robin Sharma, The Monk who Sold His Ferrari
In the spirit of the Law of Substitution, the negative thoughts that entered my mind were banished, I was engaging in positive self-talk.
I have included additional affirmations since reading that book years ago. My conversations with myself now include:
Everything is perfect and everything is improving.
James MacNeil, Pure Spiritual Intelligence
I am living on purpose and I am on schedule.
The affirmation shared in Week 4, makes me smile. I definitely wanted to add it to my arsenal of turning a negative thought into a positive one.
“I can be what I will to be.”
I find myself emphasizing the word ‘I’ and ‘Will’ recognizing I am in control and if I mess up and do not ‘do it now’, my final reward will be heartache and tears.
You can fool the whole world down the pathway of years,
Dale Wimbrow, The Gal in the Glass poem
And get pats on the back as you pass,
But your final reward will be heartache and tears
If you’ve cheated the Gal in the glass.
The new affirmation we incorporated this week has been described as the Master Key or the Aladdin’s Lamp, I just want to write the new affirmation at the bottom, (both sides) of all the index cards; I have by the way. I have also written it at the end of Scroll 2 in my Greatest Salesmen in the World book.
You have guessed it, the affirmation is:
I am whole, perfect, strong, powerful, loving, harmonious and happy.
Charles Haanel, The Master Key System, Part 9:11
I am rubbing my Aladdin’s lamp – are you? What are you telling yourself?
Frederick Andrews woke up in the night and found himself repeating it. Over the last two weeks when I wake up during the night, I have been listening to myself reading either my DMP and or my Press Release/Podcast to classical music.
I intend to add and say the new affirmation to myself before I press play.

I love affirmations as well, Sandra and have several of them handy to realign me whenever “negativity” tries to creep in.
Nice Sandra. Yes, I too am rubbing Aladdins lamp. Those are great affirmations. Thanx for sharing them.
