Wow I am challenged by the mental diet and no opinion! I have lost track on which do over I am on for the mental diet.
I was on the 4th day in a row and thought I was going to make it this time but ended up watching the Vikings game and forgot about the 7 second rule before it had passed me by.
I am making incremental steady progress though and getting better every day. I am particularly vulnerable when driving as I realize I default into negative reaction without pause or thought, just stimulus -response.
I am however becoming acutely aware of this now and using the Law of Substitution. Same with no opinion, I never realized how opinionated I am and quite happy to voice it whether solicited or not.
I’m so glad that I have the choice to make different decisions and replace my negative thoughts with positive ones.
Driving home positivity with subby through persistent enthusiastic out loud repetitions!
