How many ways can I arrange and re-arrange the different exercises, to not only keep my Definite Major Purpose upfront all day every day, but also engage both sides of my friend between my ears?….One more way, and yet another and another way!
I thoroughly enjoy the exercises and finding more ways to incorporate them throughout the day with everything I do. Having the colored shapes posted around the house, the smart bookmarks, the diet pills are constant reminders on what I’m focusing on.
It has become natural to repeat Do It Now and I Can Be What I Will to be all thru the day. “I am whole, perfect, strong, powerful, loving, harmonious, and happy has quickly become part of my day.
From greeting everyday with Love in my Heart, to the affirmation above and adding the recordings. I am smiling more and finding more things to be grateful for.
I don’t know if more inexplicable things are happening all around me, or it’s always been that way, and now I’m just a much better observer, but either way, I’m going from better to best and I’m loving it.
