Last night when I went to sleep I had a recording of myself saying my DMP (definite major purpose) as affirmations out loud with unbridled enthusiasm playing in the background over ocean waves.

For 30 minutes that recording played while I drifted into a deep peaceful and rejuvenating sleep so my subby was given a crystal clear mental picture of my definite major purpose.
