I thoroughly enjoyed the color code training last Sunday, it was the 2nd time I have had this training but well worth the time spent on refresher course. As I look back on some of my past interactions with others without this training under my belt, I can see how we were not in communication but talking past each other in a foreign language.

One case especially stands out for me as I tried to give a Red details to his great frustration and impatience. Listening to Day’s experience with landing a big account by being able to speak the same language and connect with the different players at her presentations was a wonderful illustration of how important the recognition of others’ color type can enhance your performance and understanding and results.
