The movie was a perfect example of the Hero’s Journey. I like the Golden Buddha part of the story because it brings out what I have done in my life from a very early age. Also, this is something the community teaches us as well.
When the part of the “Tiger living among the sheep” was being played. I could relate this to me coming out of the cement of the golden Buddha and finding out who I was. This did not happen in my life in a short period at all.
Then the big impression was the “Follow your Bliss” which was Joseph Campbell’s saying. The meaning is described in many ways because the definition is difficult to understand. Fear stops many from following their Bliss. We are born with Love and learn to Fear. Slaying the dragon or a scary thing, in my life was more than a single event.
When Courage was spoken about and how it relates to FEAR. Some good points were brought out. I see courage as I’ve had to work through the fear and later recognized that as having courage even if I was scared.
Watched the movie “I AM” with some of our tribe. Found so many key points but my biggest takeaway was with the question, what is right with the world? My answer to that is “I AM”. I enjoyed the movie and learned a lot.
I always keep my promises.

I have yet to watch “Finding Joe” but I look forward to it thanks to your description. Regarding your words on “I Am”, I believe the transition from what ‘I Am” is in the documentary to your ‘I Am” answer is a dragon itself–or many dragons. These are the dragons we are all battling each day and we have so much more armament and weaponry. I love it! Kudos to you for reaching your ‘I Am’.
Thank you Robert for sharing your I Am
2 very cool movies and the perfect timing on this journey.
This is a great post!!
You are living the part of the hero right now Robert!
Your I AM is the divine power within you to transform your life and bring miraculous changes into every area of your life.
