5 Reflections of Color Code from Week 19 in the Master Key Experience:

Good communication with another is not about how you see the world. When you have the opportunity to speak with another, speak to their genius. How? The Color Code system is one way to speak to the other’s genius, without losing your own.

This image made me giggle because these penguins perfectly embody each color of the color code.

1. Red: Notice the Penguin on the right…the one leading the way. Reds like to be in charge and feel empowered. They want to take ownership and feel like they have control over their environment. When working with a Red, respect their need for control and avoid micromanaging. Instead, give clear goals and let them work independently.
Driving Core Motive: POWER / PROGRESS
Natural Gifts/Talents: Vision, Leadership

2. Yellow: The 2nd penguin from the right is the face-towards-the-sun, look-for-adventure…simply-for-the-fun-of-it kind of people. Yellows are the life and soul of the party, they are sociable, expressive, very imaginative and enthusiastic. Yellows are informal, very optimistic and animated. Their Imaginations can sometimes run away with them as they are fast paced thinkers.
Driving Core Motive: FUN
Natural Gifts/Talents: Enthusiasm, Optimism

3. White: See (or don’t see) the 3rd penguin? Because this is where I live…I know I’m important to the mix…AND…I’d rather not be seen. I want to make sure that if you want to go deep, that’s me, and I’m here to see that everything is fair and clear…AND…I’d rather not be in the picture, please. White color is associated with calm and serene. The purest of all colors, the white, hold clarity, freshness, simplicity and being organized. The White color are often seen to be balanced, fearless, optimist, independent and have a strong opinion.
Driving Core Motive: PEACE
Natural Gifts/Talents: Clarity, Tolerance

4. Blue: is the penguin on the left. The one who is looking for the others, to be of service, probably going to break from this group to help someone. Those with Blue color personality strengths tend to be enthusiastic, sympathetic, communicative, compassionate, idealistic, sincere and imaginative. They care and want to contribute to everything they are a part of. Relationships are important to blues.
Driving Core Motive: INTIMACY
Natural Gifts/Talents: Quality, Service

5. Mastering the Color Code, I’m going to use the Week 19:27 Master Key System exercise to master each other colors and concentrate on one color per day.

For your exercise this week, concentrate, and when I use the word concentrate, I mean all that the word implies; become so absorbed in the object of your thought that you are conscious of nothing else, and do this a few minutes every day. You take the necessary time to eat in order that the body may be nourished, why not take the time to assimilate your mental food
