Claiming purpose

It’s funny, how eons after my first time participating in the master keys I actually understand what The fabulous Davene means about one purpose.

Using one’s unique gifts free of ego and fear.

How many years have I lived with fear but was too stubborn to admit it?

It has been challenging in the past to identify my purpose for the sheer fact that I couldn’t accept my talents and gift as such. They, in my minds eye, we’re deemed not valuable, needed and frankly not good/cool enough. Which is why writing the DMP back then was so difficult.

Negating some of the things I loved and wanted most and twisting them into what I thought would be more acceptable. Seemed so necessary then but I understand and fully offer oodles of compassion for that me.

The one who valued her authentic self so carelessly. Reflecting I wonder how that may have reflected on those around me, most importantly my 3 biggest (and littlest) fans. But little eyes watch no matter how big they get, so I always have the chance to show them growth is a miraculous perpetual path.

I move forward with this reminder energized and elated. I know the next 6 months is going to a journey like none other, and I am grateful beyond measure.
Today I begin a new life …

Peace, Dre
