minutes remaining

So, this is the first week of the Master Key Experience and it has been a bit of a challenge embracing this new way of doing things. I have had to put away the old way of doing things and the most resistance I get is sitting still!

That part to start out the week was extremely challenging as I’m a red, constantly thinking and creating in my mind, thinking of what needs to be done next, etc.

So, for the first sit I think I moved too many times to count! It was very uncomfortable but as the week went on, to this day, I gradually started to breathe deeply and relax. I literally was so at peace I almost took a nap sitting up! I know that probably is not what the focus is here but is that a bad thing?

Since I have been making myself do this lol, I have noticed my mind is a lot sharper and I can think more clearly than I ever have in a very long time!

So that is the biggest challenge so far, but I’ve got a pattern down to getting everything done each day and it’s scheduled out, which is what I do as a red. Everything is meticulously planned out to a point, however I do like to be spontaneous too and just go into something blindly without thinking but that is the fun part!

If it doesn’t make you uncomfortable or scare you from time to time it’s not going to change you!

Now that is something that I’ve learned since being in network marketing but having done “Think and Grow Rich” and “The 7 Laws of the Mind”, additional courses offered by Training Solutions LLC, I’ve learned that it is not entirely true, as it’s all in the mind.

You choose to make it what it is and you can learn to control your subby in every situation! Anyway, writing comes easy for me, so I don’t mean to ramble but maybe I do? Until Next time… and there will be a next time!

  • Well, said Shannon! I totally see where your coming from…look forward to reading more of your blogs.

  • Hi Shannon!! Welcome!! I am not a red like Ramona but a White and struggled with my sit at first as well. One thing that helped me was to make sure I have some like soft meditation music in the background and yes for the first minute focusing on breathing. I also cast everything out of my mind and focus on blackness. That helps create a clean slate to then follow any sit or instruction that will come with the MK. Glad you are here and can’t wait to see all our beautiful golden buddhas!

  • Welcome Shannon! As a fellow red, everything you wrote resonated with me. Even the “I don’t mean to ramble but maybe I do?” hahahaha I rambled in my blog this week too and used the word ramble!! virtual high five red to red!! I get you!!
