Welcome!! I am not a red like Ramona but a White and struggled with my sit at first as well. One thing that helped me was to make sure I have some like soft meditation music in the background and yes for the first minute focusing on breathing. I also cast everything out of my mind and focus on blackness. That helps create a clean slate to then follow any sit or instruction that will come with the MK. Glad you are here and can’t wait to see all our beautiful golden buddhas!
