This week has felt like an enormous amount of tasks to integrate in an already busy schedule. Learning now that that the gaps of time that is not serving me can be used to create a state of being that is purposeful and intentional. Despite that the body is fighting to stay asleep.

The idea that our subconscious believes what we tell it, is so powerful to either persuade or dissuade us. Protecting not only the words that other say to us and how our thoughts process that. As well as taking a reality check of the belief systems that override our thoughts on auto pilot.

I am not assessing whether the thoughts are true and serving my highest greatest good. The best version of myself , my future self.
