I am so looking forward to this transformation. I am standing in the moment, I have a sense of peace, serenity, and love.
However, to have some ask something of myself right now I feel total overwhelm, which I know is not real that is just me looking into the future and not my intention for the future. My wonderful son is giving me a list of the things he must do right now, and I suddenly feel this incredible heaviness of overwhelm like it is all mine to do.
Did I teach my son this subconsciously? Did he learn that pattern from me? In order to stop anyone asking me to do more? I give a list of what I am doing and what I need to do? Yikes!!
So subtle is the way the human brain takes in words and actions and adds meaning to them. And even though it does not work for myself or my son who has taken this on. The action and words are still repeated like it is going to make a difference to his life, my life and anyone’s life who is listening.
It is helpful yes, however is this description of a laundry list of things to do, truly a powerful way to accomplish what I am really needing? Or is it a gentle way to say “I am Busy” or “ I am busy right now can we come back to that please?” or is it because I don’t think anyone knows how much I really do?
What I love about the course is the unraveling of these things so I can get present to what is running me in the background. I love the reading from Og Mandino, my first couple of times I showed up big and bold in the reading then I missed a lunch reading and got a little disappointed, then jumped right back in.
The part of the book that really has me stop and inhale the beauty of the words
“Today I will savor the taste of the grapes from these vines and verily I will swallow the seed of success in each and new life will sprout within me.”
Og Mandino, The Greatest Salesman in the World, p. 52
New insights – I can truly see how reading something once is important, however reading it over and over gives me a new sense of commitment to the words and each time something different will pop up at me!!
Thank you – I AM Happy!
I am happy for you, keep up your greatness! You got this!
I also love that passage you quoted by Og Mandino! It really paints an image for me.
“a new sense of commitment to the words and each time something different will pop up at me” Thank you.

Hi Michelle, Your doing great. Getting your blog turned in and working on your readings. Welcome to your journey
Sometimes, I find overwhelm is just a sign of how much wonder in the world I want to absorb! There’s so much abundance out there to experience and share and you’ve just kicked open a giant door, Michelle. Congratulations! Looking forward to seeing more.
