Jack, what a journey in week 1. Great on you for finding a way to get your goals accomplished! I think that I heard before a statement like this: “Many will find this extremely difficult, others will conquer with ease, but it is absolutely essential to secure complete control of the body before you are ready to progress”. In this week, it sounds to me like you found control. Great work!
