I have made a commitment to the Master Key Experience and it’s a class way out of my comfort zone! This is my first week of class and it reminds me of some intense advanced classes I took in college!
Right now, it feels quite stressful and uncomfortable. Like the picture I chose, I do feel like my brain has too many tabs open. So, I ask myself “Why am I putting myself through this”?
That’s a really good question. As I’m reading Scroll One in Og Mandino’s book The Greatest Salesman in the World it talks about an Onion being peeled. That could begin to describe what I’m feeling.
I am coming to realize that taking steps to peel it has potential to move me forward in several areas of my life that can use examining. It is my hope that as I allow the layers to peel off, it will allow more of the good stuff to show up and manifest. Taking the “Seven Laws of the Mind” class has already started impacting my thoughts and words.
That being said, I must still admit that it does feel scary and intimidating. I am reading Scroll I, my DMP and beginnings of Blueprint according to the directions. In regard to the Blueprint, I am realizing that I really want to take the time to figure out what I desire – have led a lot of my life going with the flow.
The lunch scroll is the trickiest for me – must be very deliberate. I am also choosing to go forward with the goal of becoming the best me I can be. I know that will impact how I treat others as well.
Several things that I am looking forward to are learning from others who are also stepping into this journey and the guidance I’ll receive. I am already grateful to those who have reviewed my DMPs which will crystallize as time goes on.

I know they are – I especially keep working on the dual thought piece!
Thank you! The graphic still applies – lots of sorting to do.
Thanks – still working on that:-)
Thanks for your encouragement! I really appreciate it.
Thanks, I’ve just now starting to figure out how this part of the blog piece works.
Hi Patricia, It’s good to hear that the 7 Laws are helping you.
Well done Patricia! I can relate to that graphic as well, good for you for making the decision and the choice to go forward.
Enjoy the journey!
What a great read Patricia. So much said in this blog. It will not take long for a routine to happen and you will no longer feel intimidated. You got this Patricia!!
Bravo Patricia!! Great job describing you initial experience with the MKE course. Give yourself grace as you are learning new skills. Soon, with repetition, the unfamiliar becomes familiar.
Cheering you on as you engage daily with the mental exercises, supporting clarity and peace of mind.
