The past couple of lessons or weeks I have noticed the word effortlessly in many contexts.
For me everything I have done in my life has taken a lot of effort.
The idea of receiving things or experiences effortlessly seems beyond my current level of consciousness.
I think this is some majoring conditioning for me that everything you want is a struggle.
Then, there is my follow on conditioning if it is going to be difficult why bother at all.
Thus, I avoid things or experiences that are out of my comfort zone.
Interesting the cascading impact of level of conditioning to keep me stuck.
I think this is another example of me looking at things that keeping stuck (glass half empty) rather than looking at things to get me unstuck (glass half full).
At this point I am staying in the observer position rather than jumping in a trying to fix or adjust things just yet. Maybe a little patience is what is needed rather than immediate action.
