This one is going to be short and sweet. I have had trouble keeping up with everything in this program. I have 2 businesses many investments and a wonderful wife.

I started by making little changes to my day and setting the same time for everything In this program like the sit.

It is working great. I heard some time in the past that if you want to create a habit it is a good idea to do the things you want to change at the same time everyday.

It is working for me and as I add another thing to the list I set a time for it to be done.
