I’m really enjoying this chapter 2 – It’s probably my favourite of all the chapters.

To greet this day with love in my heart and continue to practice the mental diet are powerful tools right there. As I read other blogs, I see I’m not the only one who is at the beginning again and again of the Mental diet. It’s so revealing isn’t it.

As soon as I step out the house someone is moaning and I’m joining in without thinking (lol). It’s a challenge as I am surrounded by community and live next to a pub and they all love to have a moan.

This could be a lifetime exercise as even when I’m not speaking out loud, smiling and choosing to respond differently I can still hear my mind, the chatter box internally giving an opinion judgment the conversation.

Dropping the judgment wow now that will be an achievement. The more you investigate this the more there is to unpick and change to the positive mental diet. This is to be continued (lol).
