Week seven and we are building progressions to keep our thoughts firing and wiring together. We have also embarked on the skill of becoming an astute observer of our behavior using the practice of a 7-day mental diet.
What is the 7-day mental diet? It is a process to use the Law of Substitution to replace negative thoughts immediately. You have less than 5 seconds to react. Your quest is to go 7 days without a lingering negative idea popping into your head.
You have to be the watchman at the gate of what is trying to gain access to your subconscious mind. Those negatives will use the law of attraction and the law of growth to bring lack, despair, or failure into your life.
You must substitute that negative thought, emotion, or even an opinion with a quick silent prayer, a quick idealization of what your service-filled future holds, or just something that makes you smile.
Speaking of idealization, according to part seven of the Master Key reading, it is the first step in a 3 step process of using the will and choice of your objective mind to intentionally direct your subconscious mind to find or produce the methods for accomplishing your major purpose in life. This is an exciting revelation.
We learned last month that good habits are the key to success, and I think that mastering the skill of this 3 step process is certainly a good habit to acquire.
Og Mandino tells us this month that we must open our hearts to love for everyone in every situation. This is further corroborated by Napoleon Hill when he says, “that a negative attitude toward others can never bring me success.”
And success is what we’re here for! Check out my Press Release
You summed up all that so precise. I enjoyed reading that . Thank you .
I see a lot of 7’s in your writing; 7 paragraphs, 7-day mental diet, week 7 and the word will is jumping off the page at me. A paraphrase from the bible: The Lord created and on the seventh day it was complete and perfect. Thank you for your blog post! My mind has been provoked into deep thought from your writing.
Thank you for sharing from your heart Jack

Jack, I really enjoyed reading your blog! It’s amazing how I’m tying everything together from all the different readings. Just starting my day with OG’s “I will greet this day with love in my heart” saying aloud as I wake up, sets my day up and finding it easier to love all humanity.
Thanks for a great blog partner!
Thanks for sharing your experience and how you are joining the dots.
Love the read
I enjoyed reading this week seven blog on the mental challenge, for that is what I wrote mine on as well. It’s good for me to hear others perspectives on this challenge.
I also liked you linked your press release to your blog. Loved it 💕
Jack, I love how your blog focuses on “the world within” and all the habits and applied insights you are doing–and also focuses on “the world without” showing our desire to increase our love toward others. You clearly show that both are necessary and interplay to bring true success. Thanks for shedding that clear light!
Very good indeed.
