I’m finding more consistency with my reads daily. It feels like a part of my daily routine now. Especially the night reads before sleeping. I look forward to that time before I sleep, relaxing, reading and thinking about my dream life.
The morning reads, I try not to rush. Sitting with my coffee and reading about my dreams, plan of action, and “I will greet this day with love in my heart”, I can’t help but start my day feeling happy.
The 7-day mental diet has been a little bit of a challenge. I had already started to be less negative, so it is not new to my brain. I still have those thoughts now and again, but I let them quickly pass through my brain, and then I think about something else.
As the great guide leader Nancy O says, “You can’t control if I bird lands on your head, but you can control if it builds a nest there.”
I haven’t finished my recording yet, but am excited to get that done. I have already been in the habit of listening to positive affirmations and things as I fall asleep. I’m excited to create my own recording and have fun with that.
My overall attitude is calm, peaceful and happy. I don’t let myself get upset or stressed over anything. I know God is in control, and I am FINALLY on the right path mentally to achieve the life I have always dreamed of.
This Warrior Princess is calm and ready to embrace a new life.
