In this 7th week I’ve been on the 7-day mental diet, working on having no opinions, having my vision board in site, having shapes visible in my environment, revising my Definite Major Purpose in life, and reading the many different sources of information that fill my conscious and subconscious mind.

I researched some about the 7-day mental diet. I wanted to know more and am intrigued as it links nourishment of mind, body, and soul.

The 7-day mental diet: 7 in the bible represents completeness and perfection, mental according to the Webster dictionary is defined as, “of or relating to the total emotional and intellectual response of an individual to external reality, one of Webster dictionary’s definitions for diet is, “habitual nourishment; links between diet and disease”.

When I put these definitions together If I can do the mental diet for 7 days, I will be complete and perfect in thought and have habitual nourishment that frees me from disease. As I know everything in life is a choice, free will. Everything happens for a reason, every word that I speak reflects on me, every reaction or choice changes the trajectory of my life.

My mind, body, and spirit are connected. Giving and receiving positive thoughts, words, actions, creating good habits, building a positive character, and becoming is my destiny. What I think I become. As I live my life with positive thoughts and confidence it is getting easier to create my DMP knowing that I can achieve.

All I need to do is get out of my own way, replace the old stinkin’ thinkin’ and replace it with the new 7-day mental diet. As Og states, “Today I begin a new life!” Each day I start new to achieve positive thinking with no opinions.

In summary of my week: I have my vision board in eye site, colored shapes around my home, and I’m working on my DMP revisions. Soon I will make a recording. I’m noticing differences in my life such as actions being taken that didn’t happen before, people being drawn to me, I am gaining confidence. With love in my heart, I can say thank you for taking the time to read my blog! I love you!

May my transformation be reflected onto you positively and the words I write impact you and serve you. Hope, Health, Happiness,

Kim
